Content & Acceptable Use Policy

Komicha is an adults-only (18+) service for fictional, AI-generated interactive stories, including mature and sexually explicit fiction between clearly adult, consenting fictional characters. This policy sets bright-line rules for what you may not do or attempt on the Service. It applies to everything you submit — chat messages, prompts, persona details, and requests — and to all use of the Service. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Komicha’s characters and stories are created and curated by Komicha. Users cannot publish characters or content to other users. These rules therefore govern what you ask our systems to generate and how you use the Service.

1. Child Safety — Zero Tolerance

Protecting minors is our highest priority. We do not allow any content that sexualizes, romanticizes, exploits, or endangers minors — including purely fictional characters. This is an absolute rule with no exceptions for fiction, fantasy, art style, “role reversal,” or framing.

  • All characters and personas must be clearly adults (18+), both physically and mentally, in age, appearance, description, and behavior.
  • If a character’s age is ambiguous or unstated, we treat the character as underage for enforcement purposes. Minor-coded descriptors (for example, school settings for children, child-like bodies or behavior) make content prohibited even if an adult age is asserted.
  • Attempting to steer any character or scenario toward the sexualization of a minor — however indirect — is prohibited.
  • “Age regression” content (characters coded to regress to a child-like mental state) is prohibited.

Violations result in immediate, permanent account termination. Where content constitutes apparent child sexual abuse material under federal law, we preserve and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement.

2. Real People — Not Allowed

Every character on Komicha is fictional. We do not allow content depicting real, identifiable people — including celebrities, public figures, influencers, streamers, adult performers, or private individuals — whether by name, image, likeness, or unmistakable description. Do not ask characters to portray real people, and do not submit anyone’s photo, name, or identifying details as a persona or prompt. Creating or requesting intimate imagery of a real person is prohibited and, for non-consensual intimate imagery, is a federal crime; we remove such material immediately upon notice (see our Complaints Policy).

3. Prohibited Sexual Content

Adult, consensual, fictional sexual content between clearly adult characters is permitted. The following categories are prohibited in any form, textual or visual:

  • any sexual content involving minors (Section 1);
  • sexual content depicting rape or non-consensual acts, including scenarios framed to portray a character’s non-consent;
  • incest between blood relatives;
  • age-regression or child-coded “ageplay” scenarios;
  • sexual content involving real animals or creatures without human-level intelligence and the capacity to consent within the fiction;
  • necrophilia, sexualized death or dismemberment, and sexual content involving excrement;
  • content promoting sex trafficking, prostitution, or sexual exploitation.

4. Violence, Self-Harm, and Hate

  • No content that encourages, glorifies, or instructs on suicide or self-harm. If you are struggling, please see our Safety page — help is available.
  • No promotion, planning, or celebration of real-world violence, terrorism, or violent extremism.
  • No hate speech: content that dehumanizes or promotes violence or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • No gratuitous gore: extreme torture, mutilation, or cannibalism presented for shock or gratification.

5. Illegal and Harmful Use

  • Do not use the Service to plan, facilitate, or provide instructions for criminal activity, including fraud, malware, weapons, or drug manufacturing.
  • Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, stalk, or defame any real person, or to share anyone’s private information.
  • Do not misrepresent AI-generated content from the Service as real events or real people.

6. Platform Integrity

  • Do not attempt to bypass, probe, or disable our safety systems, content filters, or age controls, including by jailbreak prompts.
  • Do not access the Service by bots, scripts, or scrapers, and do not use Service content to train machine-learning models.
  • Do not access the Service from a jurisdiction where we do not offer it, including by VPN or similar means.
  • Do not create accounts to evade enforcement actions.

7. Enforcement and Reporting

We enforce this policy with a combination of automated systems and human review. Depending on severity, enforcement may include refusing to generate content, removing content, warning you, suspending or permanently terminating your account, and — for child-safety violations or credible threats — reporting to law enforcement. We may review flagged conversations for safety and abuse purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
