KOMICHA

Refund Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. General Policy

Fees paid to Komicha are non-refundable, except as expressly set out in this policy or as required by applicable law. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings or by emailing billing@komicha.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law.

3. Exceptions — When We Do Refund

  • Defective service. If a paid feature is materially defective or unavailable, contact billing@komicha.com with details. If we confirm the problem, we will provide a repair, replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion, unless applicable law requires a specific remedy.
  • Company-initiated termination or discontinuation. If we terminate your paid subscription for reasons other than your breach of our Terms or policies, or we discontinue the paid service before the end of your billing period, we will refund or credit the prepaid, unused portion pro-rata.
  • Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy overrides mandatory consumer rights under the law of your jurisdiction.

4. Enforcement Actions

If we remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account for violating our Terms of Service or Content & Acceptable Use Policy, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused subscription time, except where required by law.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues are resolved within a few business days (see our Complaints Policy). Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in suspension of the associated account while the dispute is investigated.
